Zoome AI Privacy Policy

Last Updated: April 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Skyble Lab Inc. (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and safeguards information in connection with the Zoome AI mobile application (the “App”). It supplements our general SkybleLab Privacy Policy and, to the extent of any conflict about the App specifically, this document controls.

By downloading or using Zoome AI, you agree to this Privacy Policy. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE APP.

1. What Zoome AI Does

Zoome AI lets you pick or take a selfie photograph and apply an AI transformation you explicitly select (for example, style transfer, age progression, outfit change, and similar prank or creative effects). The transformed image is returned to you inside the App.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Photos You Submit

When you use the App, you may upload selfie photographs. These photos are the primary input to the AI transformation pipeline. See Section 3 below for full details on face data handling.

2.2 Account Information

Zoome AI signs you in anonymously by default. If you choose to sign in with Apple or Google to preserve your account across devices, we receive the identifiers those providers return (for example, a user ID and, where available, email). You control which information your Apple or Google account shares.

2.3 Usage and Diagnostic Data

We automatically collect standard usage and diagnostic information, such as device type, OS version, device language, crash reports, and aggregated interaction events. This data is used for performance monitoring and product improvement and is not used to identify you.

2.4 Purchase Data

Subscriptions and credit purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) and managed through RevenueCat. We receive entitlement and transaction status (for example, whether you have an active subscription or credit balance), but we do not receive or store your payment card information.

3. Face Data and Photo Processing

Zoome AI allows you to upload selfie photographs to generate AI-transformed images. When you submit a photo, it is transmitted over an encrypted connection (TLS) to our servers and forwarded to our AI image generation providers — Google’s Gemini API and Runware — solely to produce the transformation you requested.

We do not extract, compute, or store facial geometry, face embeddings, faceprints, or any biometric identifiers. We do not perform face recognition or identification. We do not use your photos for advertising, analytics, machine learning training, profiling, or any purpose other than fulfilling your transformation requests.

3.1 Retention

Your original uploaded photo is deleted from our servers immediately after the transformation is returned to you and is not retained. The generated output image is retained in your account so you can access it from within the App. You may delete any generated image at any time, and when you delete your account, all associated generated images are permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

3.2 Third-Party AI Processors

Your user photos (selfie photographs) are sent exclusively to the following third-party AI services for the sole purpose of generating the image transformation you requested:

  • Google’s Gemini API — receives your photo and prompt text to optimize the transformation instructions and generate the edited image.
  • Runware — receives your photo and prompt text to generate the edited image.

We do not share your photos with any other third party. Both Google (Gemini API) and Runware are contractually bound by their respective API terms and data-processing agreements to provide the same or equivalent level of data protection as described in this Privacy Policy. Specifically, neither provider retains your uploaded photos after processing is complete, and neither uses your photos for advertising, model training, or any purpose other than fulfilling the image transformation request.

3.3 Your Rights

You may delete individual generated images at any time from within the App, and you may delete your account to remove all associated images.

4. How We Use Information

  • To fulfill the specific AI transformation you request.
  • To provide, maintain, and secure the App and your account.
  • To process subscriptions, credit purchases, and refunds.
  • To fix crashes, monitor performance, and improve the App.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your photos or face data for advertising, profiling, machine learning training, or any purpose other than producing the transformation you asked for.

5. Where Data Is Stored

Account data, entitlement records, and generated output images are stored on Google Firebase (Firebase Authentication, Firestore, and Firebase Storage), encrypted in transit and at rest. Original uploaded photos are not persisted after the transformation completes, as described in Section 3.1.

6. Sharing of Information

6.1 Service Providers

We rely on the following service providers to operate the App. The table below identifies what data each provider receives and what it is used for:

  • Google Gemini API — receives user photos and prompt text; used solely for AI image transformation. Does not retain photos after processing.
  • Runware — receives user photos and prompt text; used solely for AI image transformation. Does not retain photos after processing.
  • Google Firebase — receives account identifiers, generated output images, and usage data; used for authentication (Firebase Auth), data storage (Firestore), file storage (Firebase Storage), push notifications (FCM), and analytics (Firebase Analytics).
  • RevenueCat — receives purchase and entitlement events from Apple; used for subscription and credit management. Does not receive photos.
  • Mixpanel — receives aggregated, anonymized interaction events; used for product analytics. Does not receive photos or personal identifiers.

Each provider processes data only as needed to perform the services described above and is bound by their respective API terms and data-processing agreements to provide the same or equivalent level of data protection as described in this Privacy Policy.

6.2 Legal Requests

We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Skyble Lab Inc., our users, or others.

6.3 Business Transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred. We will notify you of any such change and of any new privacy terms that apply.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including TLS in transit and encryption at rest on Firebase, to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to promptly address any vulnerabilities we identify.

8. Children’s Privacy

Zoome AI is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided information to us may contact us at the address below.

9. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. You can delete individual generated images at any time from within the App, and you can delete your account from Settings, which permanently removes all associated generated images from our systems within 30 days.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address in Section 11.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted in the App or communicated by email where appropriate. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
